This year’s Earth Day will look different in the Commonwealth, as efforts to slow the spread of coronavirus prevent the large gatherings that marked the first celebration 50 years ago. Instead, many Kentuckians will spend the day in their own backyards — which creates its own opportunities for learning and celebration.
