Solitha Dharman

Hometown: Originally from Sri Lanka and now I have settled in Lexington, Kentucky

Profession: Environmental Engineer (P.E.) and adjunct faculty for college physics

Time with EEC: More than 20 years

My work: I help issue floodplain permits and conduct hydraulic modeling. I also help educate and assist the public and local officials address flooding issues and make site visits as needed.
